Anthony’s Kicked Up Catering was launched in the Grand Haven area to bring a new variety of foods and party ideas to the West Michigan area. It is privately owned and operated by Chef Anthony Gonnella, a resident of Grand Haven. With Chef Anthony’s extensive schooling and experience in catering and full service dining, on both the East and West Coasts, you are guaranteed to find something new and exciting to “Kick Up” your next event.
A typical perception is that, by definition, catered food is bland and tasteless. Unfortunately that’s all too often true. In fact, the majority of catered foods are commercially processed- what we call “heat and serve”. While this may be suitable for some palates, we like to kick things up a bit. According to Chef Anthony “I believe catered food should taste like it was made in your favorite restaurant – not in a cafeteria. Our dishes are exquisitely seasoned and cooked just right, so everything tastes exactly the way you expect. We have high expectations of ourselves, our presentation and our food quality. However, you will find our pricing to be very competitive and affordable”.
